Member using fraudulent information to complete offers or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in your account being deleted without notice and without pay. We rely strictly on our affiliate managers to provide the information needed to determine fraud, at any point and time, if any information is given to support a fraudulent user has been found on Fishing For Funds, we will relay that information to our members with a parting note on their deletion from our site. Fishing For Funds will remove any member that an affiliate manager askes to be removed for the safety of our site, and our stance on fraud.

Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the Fishingforfunds program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Fishingforfunds may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Fishingforfunds. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Fishingforfunds program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Fishingforfunds are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Fishingforfunds. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Fishingforfunds. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Fishingforfunds program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Payments are sent around the 5th of each month for cash outs made the previous month (based on a Net 35 basis) Payments will not be processed for members with incomplete or inaccurate account information. If necessary, payments may require additional time to be processed. All Fishingforfunds members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Fishingforfunds receives payment from its advertisers. Before payments are made every account on Fishingforfunds is audited to ensure no fraud has taken place. Rhino Riches will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers the member has completed have been validated and paid upon. Fishingforfunds reserves the right to make an unstated request for ID verification for any account. If this request is denied, Fishingforfunds reserves the right to terminate your account and member will forfeit all earnings.
Limitation of Liability
Fishingforfunds will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Fishingforfunds program, even if Fishingforfunds has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Fishingforfunds aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Fraud
While Fishingforfunds does not share your personal information while you are a member. If you are caught cheating or frauding Fishingforfunds and your account is terminated by Fishingforfunds your information will be shared with other site owners to help prevent fraud. This information can include the following – Internet Protocal address (IP), username, and offers completed. Your information will also be provided to any advertisers at their request if you are found guilt of these actions. If your account is terminated by Fishingforfunds for any reason, publically slandering Fishingforfunds can result in legal action for slander and/or proof to be posted publically for all to view. To prevent fraudulent signups and referrals, we do not allow user accounts to be deleted.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Fishingforfunds and may result in legal prosecution. Fishingforfunds strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Fishingforfunds may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Fishingforfunds will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
